"We partnered up with Modern Kitchens and Bath to remodel the 3 bathrooms in our house. After having a negative experience with another contractor for our kitchen, we meticulously vetted every contractor that came to the house to provide us with an estimate given that we wanted everything to turn out perfectly. We had about 6-8 contractors come to the house and ultimately felt the most comfortable and impressed with Shady. He was super helpful from the start of the project, answering all of our questions and carefully explaining the process and setting expectations prior to signing the contract. After visiting the showroom to select the materials, he even ended up helping us choose the different materials for the bathroom. He was always in constant communication with us - letting us know what had been done that day and what needed to be done the next. We had the city perform inspections throughout the project and Henry was always present and very accommodating. At the end of the project, we were incredibly impressed by the workmanship and the attention to detail. All of the staff are conscientious, friendly, respectful, and professional. We have many projects left that we need to accomplish in the house and will definitely only work with Shady and the MKB team!"
